Our IQF blueberries are frozen whole immediately after harvest, locking in all their natural flavour. At our processing plant we freeze the berries at extremely low temperatures to help eliminate the formation of ice crystals, which keeps the product free-flowing and allows every berry to retain its natural identity. IQF blueberries are real and identifiable pieces of fruit, making them the perfect ingredient for a variety of products produced in many different food and drink manufacturing industries.
